Carlos is not only the best Taco bell employee I've ever come across, he's the best fast food employee I've ever interacted with in my entire life (and I eat way too much fast food). The key word there is "interact", Carlos is second to none when it comes to having positive interactions with customers. He's always very upbeat, positive, and friendly. It's impossible not to have a better day just from him simply handing you your food out of the window, because it always comes with a smile, a joke, a fist bump, or light conversation that could brighten up anyone's day. Whatever taco bell is paying him, it's not enough.

The nuggets are like rocks, and also looked green??? Like they cooked them at 10am and they didnt change them all day. So when I got home and seen how hard they were there was noooo way, I tried breaking them with my hands out of fear that I would break a tooth. Yall seriously need to do better.

They quite literally can’t t make a plain cheese quesadilla right. I ordered a plain cheese quesadilla with no sauce to be delivered for my kid since I didn’t feel up to cooking and just wanted to get delivery. They put the sauce on regardless of me indicating no sauce and then were rude when I asked for a refund and offered to send photos.

Service was great but my order was incorrect. Paid for items I didn’t get, asked for no lettuce got extra lettuce and didn’t know until I was all the way home

This is without a doubt the BEST Taco Bell i have ever been in. The food arrived quickly was hot and taste was very good. The staff is very polite and the manager is always making sure you are enjoying your meal. The inside of the restaurant is always clean, even during the lunch rush. My job causes me to be all over the country and I would without a doubt continue to come here in the future
