Very low service quality. My Toshiba DLP Projection TV is in repair for 2 weeks now and still don't have an answer about how long it will take. The problem is a simple mirror that got unglued, the worst case possible might be the light tunnel replacement, myself I could have done it in a day period or less. Avoid at all costs.

This is just a bunch of incompetents, take them 2 weeks so far to repair my television, whoever i call over there they're not capable to tell me what happens and how long will it take. Avoid like plague!
