I wish I could give 10 stars! Mario is trustworthy, honest, patient, and upfront about costs and expectations. I have used Santronics for oven, dryer, fridge, and washing machine service. Cost is always very fair, and Mario will walk you through the whole process. Attentive and on time, what more could you ask for when it comes to repairs?!?

I had an issue with my refrigerator and called Santronics, it was the best decision.
Mario explained the entire process from the beginning, including the possible issues and how they could be solved.
He also went over the payment methods, fees, and everything in between.
He was very professional, respectful, and definitely knowledgeable.
I highly recommend doing business with Santronics.
