Very Friendly BECU location, right after I walked in I was greeted by 3 different representatives ready to assist.

While all I needed were some deposit slips, it was still refreshing with knowing the team is ready to assist.

Sharon was extremely helpful with my situation, I had wanted to change my debit card and that was done very efficiently, I had an unexpected treat when I asked for an increase in my credit limit. I had not known that I still had a secured credit card for a whole year, so I got a new limit and my security deposit back. Very efficient as well, I was there for no longer than 15 minutes and I was very satisfied with the results! Thank you so much for the service! 😁😁

I went to Federal Way location to do a notary (quick claim deed, acknowledgment) on 01/21/2026.
Checked in the system as non-member. The waiting time was around 7-8 minutes, not too bad. Associate called me to her station, rewieved my documents, brought her notary stamp. She asked to see my ID and a debit or credit card. I presented ID and credit card from other financial institution. Associate denied to help me with notarizing documents. The reason was: "You are not a member of our credit union'.

BECU website has a statement that "All BECU locations offer free notary services for BECU members, and non-members who are conducting BECU business "...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BRYSON AT BECU — OUTSTANDING 5-STAR SERVICE

Bryson at BECU delivered one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was his first customer of the day at 9:00 a.m., and from the moment I sat down, he took his time and treated me with genuine care and respect.

He helped me create a new debit card, printed my bank statement on official letterhead for my home loan, and assisted me in closing an old savings account. At no point did I feel rushed. Bryson was patient, kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He held real conversation, listened closely, and truly cared about helping me — not just completing a transaction.

Bryson is smart, professional, and a wonderful human being. He absolutely deserves recognition, a promotion, and a raise. He is an incredible asset to BECU and one of the biggest bonuses this organization has.

This is exactly why I have been a BECU member my entire life and why I do not use any other bank or credit union. People like Bryson are the reason for my loyalty.
