Horrible for existing customers. Been with them 3 years, just paid off my Samsung Galaxy S8 and they still want me to pay $250 on top of give them the S8 and make a payment of $34 a month for 24 months for the Galaxy S10. I'm going back to Straight Talk in Walmart!

Went to buy a new phone - I was misquoted on the phone and when corrected by the store rep- she was extremely rude. When in a second time to actually make the purchase - a different rep was texting during the entire transaction. The store customer service is pathetic and could use a lot of training - the girls may want to drop the “sassy” attitude towards customers.
