Great sales team, horrible customer service after everything is signed off.

We had an issue with our paint colour in our estate home ad Morrison refused to accept their responsibility and address this issue. Instead they were pretty dismissive of our request and insisted for us to pay for their error.

This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience, more so because Morrison pride themselves as one of the top builders in Calgary.

I would not recommend this builder to anyone.

Not worth the poor craftmanship and terrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone build with Morrison.

Don;t deal with them unless you want to end up with a home that you don't want by the time thay are finished with it - no customer service

Morrison homes do not care about their customers once they have received your business. They seem to be lowering the prices of the house, but have not given the same deal to the existing customers who are currently building with them.
