I've just had my new garage door installed by Pynacker and I couldn't be happier. The customer service provided by Mark from day 1 has been second to none. And I started the process two years ago! Thanks to Mark and Greg for working with me to ensure that the door style and colour were what I wanted, and thanks to Allan and Tanya for your expertise with the installation. I swear the site looks cleaner than when you arrived. Or maybe it's just because the door looks so good and works so well! I highly recommend this company.

I had been left hanging by another garage door repair
company and was very frustrated.I called Pynacker at 8:15
in the morning and had a crew on site witin 30 minutes.
Allan and Tanya were very professional,knowledgable
and supplied excellent customer service.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family
and friends.

One of my torsion springs broke and after several calls, no one was willing to manufacture me a new one and allow me to install it. Every company told me that they were very dangerous and their service technician needed to come out. One company even told me that by law, he is not allowed to sell the springs to the public. Spoke with Mark and another gentleman working there and by the end of the next day my spring was ready along with advice on how to install. Job took 30 mins.

I called a door company and they told me I need a new door and felt pressured to buy on the spot.
Having doubts, I called for a second opinion and spoke to the Manager, Brian, at Pynacker Doors.
Within an hour, the service technicians Al and Tanya, had my garage door was running like new! He even gave me a discount because he felt bad another company was taking advantage of me!
I highly recommend Pynacker Doors AND Brian, Al and Tanya!
