The food here is ok it just depends on the location. Some of the food is fresh some is not. But I had to go shopping for someone else's order.

We didn't get a chance to shop here because you have to deposit coins to get a shopping cart. Guess they have a problem with theft, but we don't carry cash or coinage.

Horrible store, last time I was there a male worker was ringing me up and as soon as I completed the payment he literally pushed my cart down away from the front door towards the restroom as I’m trying to grab my cart to leave. Very inconvenient and felt very disrespected having to go walk down the hallway to retrieve my groceries that I had just payed for and walk past him as I go back towards the front of the store. He pushed my cart for no reason at all. Staff needs to do better and stop acting like customers are a inconvenience and just trying to get us out of the way. Richardson location is better and there staff is great.

I really like shopping at Aldi because of the affordable prices and the good quality products. I especially appreciate the variety of gluten-free options, which is not always easy to find. For these reasons, Aldi is usually one of my favorite places to shop.

However, I consistently have very bad experiences with the cashiers, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. Almost every time I go, the cashiers are very rude. They don’t make eye contact, don’t greet customers, and rush through the checkout in a careless way.

Yesterday was the final straw. The cashier was throwing the products so aggressively that one of my items fell on the floor because he dropped it while rushing. He didn’t apologize or even acknowledge what happened. On top of that, he accidentally scanned an item from the previous customer because he wasn’t paying attention at all — just throwing items without looking.

I understand that Aldi cashiers work fast, but speed should not come at the cost of basic respect, attention, and care with customers’ groceries. A little politeness and professionalism would make a huge difference. I love Aldi, but the rude cashier experience makes shopping there unpleasant and stressful.
