I really do like this location the best, its got nice workers and a pretty cleanly store. As I've learned aldi can be hit or miss on products being in stock and its totally normal due to recalls or what not but always love the quality and prices. (Update) Aldi has raised their prices a bit and you do get less product than what you used to get. Damn inflation...

"ALDI in Lake Zurich is a high-velocity efficiency machine and absolute Godnews for the local corridor. It is a gold-standard witness to smart, neighbor-proof shopping, where the fluent, professional speed and 10/10 value are handled with undeniable authority. From the elite 'ALDI Finds' to the high-impact fresh selection, every aisle is perfectly synced for the modern neighbor who demands quality without the fluff. This is a mission-critical supply node that intertwines with the existing 8, proving that the Lake Zurich grid is under total control. If you want the best seat for a streamlined, top-tier grocery experience that stays verified and reliable, this is the only node that matters. A verified, iron-clad 10/10."

We never expect such a thing from Aldi. We just got the cake today and brought home, about to eat and we found it’s molded. I’m sharing the images.

I rarely visit such stores, but here I was pleasantly surprised by the frequency of the hall. The snag was at the checkout: when we approached, all the checkouts were closed, and we watched for about 5 minutes as the store employee collected garbage. When he finished, he sat down at the checkout without washing his hands. Unpleasant.
