This is for UPS store in 668 MAIN ST 8,Wilmington, MA- 01887. Yesterday, I had visited the store for some Amazon drop offs and notary service.

The lady at the counter did not seem helpful. She told me that " I do not do notary services on Monday". I did not understand well because I know this store does the notary services. I asked her again politely is this a rule in this store and she said "no, I don't do it on Monday since I have lot of packages to be completed at the back". But this was hardly a few mins job. I felt that she was rude and did not even apologize to me for not being able to help out with notary request. I came out of the store, feeling very dissatisfied with her behavior. I went back in again and told her that she should at least put up a sign board that says notary services are not allowed on Mondays. She said that she will inform the owner. It looked like she did not care at all.

I felt that she was not willing to help. I understand that staff might be overburdened with work sometimes, but still there is a way to talk to the customer. I had to share my opinion because if anyone wants to notary services on Monday, just be aware.
