Was just at the Branch. How the branch manager thinks its ok to have a confrontation with me in the lobby is unreal.She needs training in etiquette and customer service. l wish I could give a negative 5 star that's what this branch deserves. Don't bank here NO SUCH thing as customer service. The branch manager is pathetic. Been an account holder for YEARS and had $$ at Umpqua bank treated as a joke who cares about you attitude.

Terrible customer service, told me they would not cash a legitimate check for me because they were worried about losing money. The branch manager could not articulate why they would not cash it but basically did not want to help an account holder. Definitely would recommend Wells Fargo over this place.

I was in their branch in twin Falls. I asked to cancel my card and issue me a new card. The lady said she would let boss know and she said she would cancel my card at end of the day. I go to this branch once and awhile. Plus I was cashing a check. So today I was thinking about what the lady said at the bank (twin Falls). So I asked my bank in Gooding, and the lady in twin never canceled my card. So my lady in Gooding and she did it. I had 3 trans action. I not to happy.

every time I* go on line to access my account you have again changed stuff so I can not access my account THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING able to access my acct
