Established in 2008, we started as a small exterior finishing trade contractor handling mostly renovations. Our experience taught us the importance of the big picture--not only do you need great trades people, you also need great team building and communications management. Renovating older homes is also a great way to learn what works and what doesn't--new materials and new theories are constantly coming and going, but until you take several hundred old houses apart, you don't get the opportunity to connect the theory back to reality. Today, we are a boutique custom builder uniquely suited to developing true custom builds--where we discuss every detail up front, make decisions alongside our clients, and then execute the decisions exactly as chosen.
