During the summer months the marina was well staffed and clean. Bathrooms were clean, grass was cut, and gas dock service was fast. However, beginning in Sept. there was garbage spilling out of the docks and long waits at the gas dock because there were only two marina attendants on duty, sometimes only one. I went to the gas dock in Oct to get my final pump-out and there was only one attendant on duty servicing 5 boats most of which were getting both a final fill up and pump out. I asked him to call for help and he said he was the only one on duty. With the rates we pay this is rediculous.

Management and permanent yard staff could care less about the customers.
They are all on union contracts and have jobs for life regardless of their attitude or performance.
Any boaters who have tried to bring this to the attention of the Port Authority (the government agency controlling the marina) have recieved direct and indirect threats and/or reprisals from the office staff and yard staff.
OHM managment take "government run" and bring it to new lows in terms of customer satisfaction and maintenance.

Management, particularily the on site management is petty, vindictive and certainly could care less about their customers.
The overall location is suffering from a lack of maintenance.
Washrooms are dirty.
No internet and management tends to be uncooperative with respect to most service issues.
They are all employees of the Toronto Port Authority and it shows.

Only half a star.
Management are all employees of the Port Authority. They have all the service orientated mentality of a Teamster.
Location is beautiful but the the docks are starting to fall appart. Goose crap all over the docks and garbage floating everywhere in the water and on the shoreline in the marina.
Management is not on site on the weekends to deal with problems.
High gas prices
