Time Is Expansive, Universal, Solar Systemic, Terrestrial, Biological, Individual, Relative, Philosophical, And Religious; And Yet, It Is Perceived As Inexorably Limiting.Through Studies Of Landscapes, Light And Movement, I Investigate A Concept Of Time As A Dance Between Presence And Absence.My… Time Is Expansive, Universal, Solar Systemic, Terrestrial, Biological, Individual, Relative, Philosophical, And Religious; And Yet, It Is Perceived As Inexorably Limiting.Through Studies Of Landscapes, Light And Movement, I Investigate A Concept Of Time As A Dance Between Presence And Absence.My Goal Is To Recreate, Through My Use Of Color And Composition, The Sublime, Sobering Effect That Nature Deploys For Many Of Us. I Hope My Abstracted Landscapes Function As Bright Stars, Distant Mountains, And Every Sunset To Remind The Viewer Of His Or Her Perfect Size, Place, And Time In The Universe. Read more
