I just bought a curtain rod at Restoration Hardware in Toronto. When the package arrived it was missing the finials.
I put up the rod only to discover too late that it was the wrong diameter. I had ordered 1 1/2 but received 7/8 rod. It was too late because I had a heck of a time attaching the rod to plaster walls and to return the rod I had to bring back the rod, the brackets, screws, etc.
I will never order from them again.

Great stuff, excellent quality. Would give it 5 stars except the prices are astronomical.
