After referring a friend to this store and encouraging her to make a purchase. The staff turned out to be completely unable to assist in any way. The did not make any attempt to track her purchase or even call when it was finally in! (3 months after the purchase) Despite many calls to the store to rectify the situation, the staff were still no help, simply saying the owner was at the cottage and there was nothing they could do! I was going to purchase an entire dining set (Camlen) from them, however, I have since sourced another store, where they actually know what customer service is! If you can't walk out of the store with it in your hand - DON'T BUY IT THERE!
