This is a very unprofessionally run business. My young children were made to do exercises such as crunches and push up for their gym activity. What ever happened to duck, duck goose and freeze dance? Young children should never be directed to perform these exercises. It is not age appropriate and can hinder their physical development. It was obvious the ECE's were using this work out for their own personal benefit. They were also serving unhealthy snacks and documenting that they were serving healthy snacks.
