One of the things i really like about tent city is they let you browse without hassling you every 2 seconds, but if you want help there's always a sales guy within reach.
I had a positive "returns" issue at the store,where a stove I got for christmas was faulty,..i didn't use it til the spring and they had no problems exchanging it for me. I don't remember the owners name off hand,..but he's a great guy to talk to.
1 more thing i really like about tent city is they carry all kinds of straps and buckles and little odd-ends to repair gear or make your own.
