Forest Hill Figure Skating Club provides skaters of all ages and ability levels with high quality instruction and a friendly skating environment.

As per their policies, they were supposed to have 4 students to an instructor on the classes we signed up for. However in actual, there are sometimes more students than that in their once a week 45 minutes session. This is unfair business practice, considering the price they charge per 45 minutes group session (CAD 40 per child). Furthermore they often move children from one coach to another within an ongoing training session. This means that the child loses continuity and gets distracted since it takes time to adjust to new coaches within a 45 minute session.

Forest hill Figure Skating Club currently has over 1400 members and we pride our selves on our coaching staff and programs. We are a not for profit organisation and our fees are consistent with other clubs in the area. The ratio of our Pre-Can SKATE is 1:4 and our Can Skate 1:10 and may have resulted in your confusion. Our club office assistant and myself are always willing to address any concerns you may have so they can be resolved to your satisfaction. Occasionally skaters are moved to another group as skaters progress at different rates.
