I have had nearly all my windows and doors replaced by Centennial in my home and have never had a problem. Recently I needed weather stripping replaced and called to enquire what it would cost. I was told it would be done free of charge as the warranty is for the life of the windows and doors. I always knew I had used the right contractor when they came right away and fixed the problem

april 15/09 aii house windows replaced & bay window installed [almost 20,000 dollars] as of aug 23/09 warranty & inatallation issues not corrected [paid in full]
after numerous phone calls all I get is promises.
being a senior I feel like I am being taken advantage of .
