We offer consignment or we buy your items outright. We do our best to please all of our customers and consigners. We have very high quality standards in our store and to run our business effeciently we have a contract as well as several procedures to follow (all of which are on our website). We must be very careful to take only quality goods (which meet Canadian safty standards) and it is always a difficult task to turn items away that are of sentimental value to our consigner or items that are in poor condition. This will often create anger or frustration when consigners bring their "Beloved" items to our store and we do not take them. We try to empathize and explain the reasons behind our rejection of items but this is not always interpreted by the consignor in a positive manner. We hope that everyone reading the reviews will come to our store and give us a chance to sell your baby items. 15 years strong says a lot and we have over 3000 consigners in our data base. We also have a huge selection of brand new items and many Brand Name items including, Baby Jogger, Graco, Diono, Munchkins, safty first, evenflo, Nuby and so much more. We hope to see you soon.
