Vet-To-Go is a lifesaver, LITERALLY. Last week, my cat had been experiencing a urinary blockage and I was unable to afford vets around Billings (average pricing of $1800) and had been humiliated because of that.

Vet-To-Go took my cat in and were so helpful. I already frequent for his medicine, so they knew him well. They unblocked him, comforted me during a hard time, gave me very regular updates on his condition, and gave me a bill half of what other clinics had been demanding me to pay.

Despite him being gone for a long time, he came home happy and healthy! I am extremely happy with this and I really urge people to go to this vet more than the others.

I’ve loved Vet to Go from the start! They have wonderful people to take care of the pets, the best doctors, fast and easy, and super nice with the animals! The phone wait can be a while but keep calling back and you’ll get through! The best prices too! I only paid 150 to spay, microchip, and shots for my kitty!

After taking some time to calm down, I feel ready to share my experience. I have been bringing my pets to this clinic for several years, but unfortunately the quality of care and professionalism seems to have declined significantly.

Appointments and visits feel rushed and disorganized, and it regularly feels like my pets are not getting the care they deserve.
Clients are often asked to drop pets off early in the morning for procedures or drop offs, but in my experience surgeries sometimes begin much later in the day. One of my pets was not taken in until the early evening (around 4:45pm), which meant they spent most of the day waiting in a likely stressful environment.

The behavior of one male staff member at the front desk has also been concerning. On multiple occasions I overheard him speaking disrespectfully about clients after phone calls or after they left. My partner has also witnessed him raising his voice toward older clients and speaking inappropriately to his coworkers. When picking up my pets from boarding on Saturday mornings, he arrived well after opening time more than once, which created a frustrating experience.

Some technicians have also been difficult to deal with. At times the communication has felt dismissive, and I was once given advice that later turned out to be incorrect. I also heard a staff member raising their voice at a frightened dog, which was upsetting to hear.

Overall, the clinic currently feels poorly managed and the level of professionalism among some staff members including the doctor has been disappointing. It’s affecting the care of our fur babies.

Because of these experiences, I no longer feel confident bringing my pets here. Trust is extremely important when it comes to veterinary care, and unfortunately I no longer feel comfortable leaving my animals with some of the staff members at this clinic.

I truly hope the clinic is able to address these issues and improve the experience for both clients and their pets. At the end of the day, the animals are what matter most.

This IS the go to vet guy🥰 they are like no other. These people are just like the old ones used to be. They care about your pets. I have had pets all my life and I am 64. I have not seen a veterinarian like they have here since I was in my early twenties.😹🐶 I have experienced vets that when a emergency happens and you take your fur baby to them only to stand near them and hands in the air 🙆‍♂️ and then speak these vile words, I need to let you know that the minute I touch your pet there is a charge for $150. I can give you a visual of what I think you should do and prescribe something that might help with the issue and that would only be $75 + the cost of the medication 💊. And I don't have to tell you exactly what I was feeling at point. Because if you are looking at the reviews to find your baby a good vet,Then you already can imagine the situation. A unexpected emergency that you are not prepared for, only to hear 👂 those words. 😭😭😭all I know is I have never heard those words from vet to go. I am not saying that you don't have to pay them but going to them you don't have to experience a panic attack which you are already having about how much money you have and will it be enough. They by far are the best prices in this town.
