We used this company with Maurice Brown for three years to clean our fire place insert stove We use about four cord a year of good seasoned wood so build up is not too excessive. Mr Brown cleaned the stove from the inside and never once stepped foot on our easily accesable flat roof to confirm the effectivness of the job. as it turned out he was not reaching the top of the chimeny and by the end of year three the top 3 feet were plugged solid forcing smoke back into our living room. I have since started doing the job myself from the outside and found it to be rather an easy job. Save your money or at least call a professional.n
