They got a squirrel's nest out of my chimney and were very clean and professional. After, they put a new animal cap on the chimney and the price was pretty cheap.

My fireplace was smoking and this company went above and beyond the call of duty to fix it. They did a thorough inspection and found that my landscapers had covered up the air intake duct. They cleared it out and both the fireplace and furnace have worked perfectly since then. No charge. Just for the chimney cleaning.

Some young kid came out to clean my chimney and screwed up my damper. Very bad service. And the office guy tried to say that it was my fault for "not knowing how to use it" After living here for 13 years and using my fireplace regularly.. I think i know how to use it just fine.
