This is terrible decking, it has split, cracked, faded, people have walked on it and fallen right through because the boards have broken. Who handles the warranty???

We have had a Life Long Deck Surface 16' by 16' since 2004 (8 years) and it has been wonderful. It does not show any signs of wear so far.

I have no idea what others are referring to when they discuss shrinkage - ours have had none. It gets moldy like everything else in Pacific Northwest (Bellingham WA) so a little bleach solution and scrubbing is in order every couple of years.

If grease or oils are spilled on it such as from a BBQ they will go away in few months. Same for other things - bird droppings, etc.

Deck built with Life Long composite decking in 2005. Boards are falling apart, splitting, crumbling, breaking. At least 2 people have fallen through these boards on our dock. Boards are used for dock, lower and upper decks. Terrible product. Would love to have someone from the Company explain how this can happen.

We have about 750 sq ft of Brite Decking multiple locations around the house. It was installed in the summer of 2006. It was installed as per manufacturers specs on solid framework. We use it 12 months a years and it gets lots of traffic. Thru the winter it gos greenish and I've spilled bar-b-que grease on it but it cleans up beautifully with Oxy cleaner.
I'm expecting many more years from it. Love it!
