The lady that assisted me, I can't remember her name because she only filling in on a Saturday, was so helpful in helping me figure of the measurements and ensuring that I had all my codes to get into the complex.

I have been using another facility for 3½ years. The staff wasn't terrible, but the company was awful. They were the most expensive in the city and their price changes happened arbitrarily. My son and I shopped around, and found this one. It's close to my home less than ⅓ the price of the other place and when we called, so friendly and helpful! When we showed up a few hours later, the staff were friendly, funny and answered any questions I might have had *before* I needed to ask!
When we moved our things in a few days later, my son noticed there was a glitch with the lighting in our unit. I was in the office at that time so I passed on the information.

The response was how to manually adjust it and then confirmation the light worked, otherwise a work order would go in to get it fixed ASAP.

I was happy that I was listened to and that staff are so friendly and willing to help with things on their side without fuss. It is *obvious* the difference that supporting local small business makes. Family owned is the key. The people genuinely care. The business is clean, easy to move around and staff are straight-foreward, honest and extremely approachable. I have severe social anxiety so the staff being the way they are made it so much more enjoyable to rent there!

Renting here was a breeze. The website is simple to use and informative, and the front office is super friendly. I kept my school stuff in a unit over the summer and had no problems at all. I’ll definitely use this place again.

As someone that has used a lot of storage units, Forest City Storage has been the best location I have ever used. The customer service is amazing - they help me with the rental and return of my storage unit. Any questions or concerns that I had they were able to answer and assist me. Access to the unit after hours was very appreciated too! This is the best place for rentals and I will be coming back in the future!

We choose Forest City Storage (370 Exeter Rd.) for one very simple reason. We went in for moving boxes and the salesperson provided exceptional customer service. Helped me load all the boxes, answered all of my questions regarding storage and security. Although no units were available at the time (another good sign), the salesperson asked for my details and she put us on a wait list. When a large unit became available she said she would hold it for a day so I could come by and complete the paperwork. We highly recommended Forest City Storage for exceptionally cleanliness and customer service.
