As a condo owner who was experiencing a water leak through the exterior of a 5 yr old home, my request for repair was handled sloppily and I was treated like a big inconvenience. It took a year to fix after MRCM continually sent over painters to paint over the problem without actually fixing it. Also unresponsive and poor communication with regards to problems on property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dealing with the property manager has been one of the worst parts of living here. They’re consistently rude, dismissive,. Every time I’ve had to call or go into the office with a question or issue, I’ve been met with attitude — like I’m annoying them just by existing.
They talk down to you, cut you off mid-sentence, and act like doing their job is some huge inconvenience. I’ve even had staff roll their eyes or give snarky responses when I asked about basic things like maintenance requests or billing questions.
It honestly feels like they forget tenants are the reason they even have jobs in the first place. There’s zero respect or effort to actually help — just a lot of attitude and passing the buck.
If you’re thinking about renting from them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of behavior just to have a place to live.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Maple Ridge Community Management has been so frustrating that I feel the need to warn others. From start to finish, this company has consistently underperformed, and I’ve been left dealing with the fallout.
First, communication is a major issue. The staff is extremely difficult to get ahold of, and when you do manage to speak to someone, they’re often unhelpful or downright dismissive. I had to send multiple emails and make countless phone calls just to get a simple issue addressed, and even then, it was like pulling teeth.
Overall, I would not recommend MRCM to anyone. They fail at basic communication, maintenance, and customer service, which makes renting from them an unpleasant and stressful experience. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you value responsiveness and professionalism.
The website states 'Award Winning Team' LOL. The we are useless award.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Maple Ridge while renting. Their inefficiency, poor communication, and lack of professionalism created an incredibly stressful living situation. I urge potential tenants to consider other options before renting with them. A reliable property manager can make a world of difference in your renting experience.

MRCM is the absolute worst management company I've ever had the displeasure ov encountering.
Their tactics are downright rude, unhelpful, abusive towards condominium residents and disastrous.
I can’t believe they are still in business, that’s how bad they are.

Typically, property managers lack the skills and qualifications necessary to oversee a whole facility. Instead of trying to offer customer service, they choose to neglect as much as possible because its easier and they usually arent that bright. PMs, here's a tip: try not to disregard complaints, even if they are difficult to handle and you are overwhelmed. It's known as customer service. Not sure what they teach you for those certfications but I'm guessing it ain't rocket science.

Horrible, liars, abusive towards residents, disgusting company with disgusting staff, MRCM will ruin your condo building. Don’t invite them in, it will be the worst mistake you ever make.

Maple Ridge Community Management (MCRM) engages in completely unethical practices to make money and should be avoided. We moved into our condo then contacted MCRM to start making monthly payments. They emailed us saying we can fill out a pre-authorized form. As instructed we completed the form and sent them a void cheque. Two months later they send a certified letter saying we have not paid and there is an additional intent to lien charge of $282.50. I have sent them many emails, called by phone, and even went in person to dispute the unreasonable charge but there is simply no answer or response. I have filed a complaint with BBB and will continue to escalate this issue as MCRM is quietly adding charges with no person to speak with. This seems purely intentional to me and a bad way for MCRM to make money. I would never do business with MCRM if I had a choice so be cautious!

Their building superintendent was Dene Cousins. Lots of grumblings about her. She was racist and would not respond to requests for help. Basically did nothing until you went away.
