Change your thoughtsPositive thinkingYou can attract what you wantBe who you areControl your emotionsChange your beliefs and subconscious mindDon't care about what other people think about youGet your life back……†etcbut HOW ? She didn't know the answer for HOW until she got her NLP training with Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP, and hypnotherapy education from HMI, nationally accredited college of hypnotherapy, not a weekend course. No one exactly tell you how to do what you need to do. After completing her own journey, to help you and teach you How to use your mind and brain became her passion.
