Joe came out to give us a quote for a new AC unit. Because it's the end of the season he offered to take a look to get us by till spring. He found the issue, fixed it, and reasonably charged us for the repair. Most places want a sale, he could have easily told us it couldn't be fixed to sell a new unit. We know we'll have to replace the unit eventually, and when we do, we'll be calling Comfort Zone!

Joe is one of a kind! A/c stopped working and I couldn't get the company I had install it to come look at it for weeks! Called comfort zone and joe had a tech out the next morning at 10 and by 11 my house was nice and cold again! Top notch service with a honest owner and very fair priced. Hard to find businesses that actually care about the customer after they take your money these days! Wish I could go back 6 years and have them install my furnace and a/c! Will definitely use them for all my future needs!

Joe and his team were very prompt, detailed and very professional. They’ve done prior maintenance to my HVAC and installed my new HVAC. Great to work with. I highly recommend.

Wonderful service and even better people. The technician that worked on our air conditioner was very knowledgeable and thorough. 10/10 would recommend Comfort Zone Heating & Air.

Randy is very courteous and knowledgeable. He and his staff designed a great system for our rental duplex, worked around our tenants schedule, completed the work in the timeframe promised, and cleaned up when they left. I have used their services for many years, will continue to do so and recommend them to you without any reservations.
