Extremely disappointing customer service. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was unacceptable. Good ice cream cannot make up for such a frustrating customer experience. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat.

Purdy’s has always been my favourite Canadian chocolatier.. rich flavours with lots of different styles to enjoy.
This particular Purdy’s location is in the heart of the Eaton Centre and it was made all the more special by Tima, who is a truly outstanding Purdy’s Ambassador!
Check it out 👏👏♥️

Hands down, the best ice cream in Toronto!
Absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced, and beautifully served.

This has officially become my go-to ice cream spot.
If you’re looking for rich flavor, great texture, and a little moment of happiness — Purdys delivers every time.

Highly recommended!

I love Purdys chocolate and purchased several gifts here last week. The staff were exceptional. I was greeted promptly and offered assistance by several staff within minutes despite it being a very busy Black Friday at the Eaton Centre. It was a true pleasure to shop here.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, so my 5 star rating comes with a nostalgic bias. I love the white or milk chocolate dipped bars. Hasn’t changed in decades because it works. They have nice ice cream and a great selection of chocolates which make for great treats or gifts.
