Easy. Right price. RJ was very friendly. Feel comfortable calling them anytime.

This is by far the worst towing company I’ve ever dealt with, and I genuinely feel bad for any business or apartment complex that uses them.

I pay $110/month for an assigned parking spot at my apartment complex. When I got home from work at 4am, someone was parked in my spot, so I called Absolute to have the vehicle towed so I could park where I PAY to park. The woman on the phone told me she would send someone out.

After waiting 40 minutes, I called back for an ETA and was told the driver was at an accident scene and would come “when he could.” I then sat in my car in the middle of my parking garage for FOUR HOURS waiting. During that time, I repeatedly tried calling back, only for my calls to be ignored. They conveniently don’t even have a voicemail set up.

I eventually called the non-emergency police line, and they advised me to contact another towing company. I called multiple companies, but none of them would come because they didn’t want to deal with Absolute causing issues over another company towing on their contracted property.

At 8am, after finally getting someone on the phone again by using *67, the woman told me, “Well, he was out late with the accident, so we let him go home and sleep. Someone might come later when they wake up.”

Excuse me? I had already been waiting FOUR HOURS after being told someone would be there soon. I would also like to go home and sleep after work. I would also like to park in the spot I pay for every month.

The entire purpose of a towing company contracted with an apartment complex is to enforce parking so residents can actually use the spots they pay for. If your signs say “You will be towed by Absolute,” apparently that’s just for decoration, because they clearly have no intention of actually towing anyone.

I ended up having to drive all the way back to work to leave my car there and then walk over 30 minutes home in the rain just so I could finally go to bed.

Absolutely horrible customer service, communication, accountability, and respect for the residents they’re supposed to be helping.

Nate is the truck operator who helped me with the towing process. He managed to get my car that wont move out of a line of cars in the lot. He carefully and professionally (to me at least) got my car towed to the desired address. The lady on the phone when I called was also nice.

We had a vehicle that broke down on us in terre haute on a Saturday.
Absolute towing had someone on call & they were quick to respond to us and get us a tow to Clinton.
The tow truck driver (Jeremy) was great and made sure me and my family had a ride before he left with our van and was very adamant on making sure we wasn’t going to be stranded.
I would recommend absolute towing to anyone and I will always use them.
They helped turn a bad situation we were in into the best possible outcome and did more than I expected for us.
Thank you guys

They got to us very quickly, everyone we delt with was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling through from Minnesota and broke down pulling a car trailer. They towed my truck to a mechanic and towed my trailer to a safe location while we waited over the weekend for the truck to get repaired. Very reasonable priced as well.
