Coming back to report on the horrible customer service. No show after being on their schedule for 3 days then told us that they could not serve us due to tree trimming issues and drove away without any discussion or plans to come back. It was an emergency situation with little children in the home. Worst customer experience of my life.

All Cen Tex Septic and Vacuum Pumping does great work every time. They know their stuff and are very thorough. They take the time to do the job right, don’t cut corners, and communicate well throughout the process. It’s always a smooth experience working with them, and we’re confident recommending them to everyone.

I moved from a subdivision in Cedar Park to acreage in Florence, TX in 2019, and my go-to for residential septic and vacuum pumping has always been All Cen Tex Pumping. When I bought the property, I didn’t realize it had two very full septic tanks—and my real estate agent never suggested negotiating a clean-out as part of the deal. Lesson learned: buyers beware! Another quick tip for homeowners: septic risers are amazing. After digging up the covers for the first service, I quickly learned that, and thankfully, All Cen Tex Pumping came to the rescue. Risers were installed on both tanks, making future service easy with no extra digging fees or dirt-work prep from me. My experience has been nothing short of outstanding over the years but with the holidays around the corner, I was due for service. David, my technician, was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable—he explained everything clearly and completed the job efficiently and safely. He was also respectful of my property and careful around the livestock and animals, which means a lot to me. Scheduling is always prompt and easy, pricing is fair, and their customer service is top-notch: friendly and responsive from start to finish.

Please support local, veteran-owned businesses like All Cen Tex Pumping—they treat their customers like family and truly care about the community. If you need reliable septic service anywhere in Central Texas, this is the company to call!

Horrible experience. They stood us up for 3 days. Promised scheduled appointments but kept pushing us off for 3 days. No communication. Service Provider, Joseph, showed up at house and texted home owner “trees need trimmed” and left property. If service provider would have taken a moment to talk to home owner (who was waiting in the house all day for him) - there were several different ways to enter property, trash dumpster trucks and fire trucks drive the road weekly, no tree branch issues. Joseph was over booked and took one glance and left to make other jobs. It was an emergency job with little kids in the home. We have called and scheduled for 3 days with this company. Called another company Lone Star Septic and they immediately answered our request and able to come out to help. Highly recommend Lone Star Septic. Will never do business with Aus Cen Tex again.
