He worked in the southeast U.S. for 15 years in commercial, industrial, and telecommunications construction as a general contractor. After opening Goodsell Construction Company, Inc. in 1992, Tim worked throughout Alabama and Florida as a Licensed Home Builder for 15 years. He then started Goodsell Home Inspections, LLC and has been inspecting residential and commercial buildings since 2009 in Birmingham, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, Pell City, and Central Alabama. Goodsell Home Inspections, LLC has been serving Central Alabama for 9 years. His residential experience includes both new home construction as well as home renovation projects. As a residential builder he hired, managed, and supervised superintendents and subcontractors for all trades. He managed subcontractors such as plumbers, framers, electricians, HVAC contractors, and the like – this has served to deepen his home inspection knowledge.
