Buyer Beware!! I purchased 2 windows and a patio door. They were installed on Jan. 29/18. On Jan. 30, my wife and I noticed puddles of water on the inside of the windows. (to date the same windows have water forming). QSI Service said it was plugged drain holes and said they would send a repairman to open the drains. The windows are top line with triple glass and it didn't make sense to have drain holes. Upon visiting QSI I spoke to the Sales Manager/part owner who dismissed the existence of drain holes and told me it was my house humidity for the water on my windows. We had 2 visits to our home by the salesman and one worker for final measurements. The salesman, on 3 occasions, told us we would not have a condensation problem with triple glass windows. After the install, we were called liars. That he didn't tell us that. Now I have to shell out $2,900.00 for dehumidification. No response from the owner. Just some belated pamphlets. Also they don't have equipment to check the seal of the windows.
Very poor company for handling complaints.

About 10 years ago I invested over $12K on new QSI windows. So far my QSI windows themselves are still ok (unlike that of my neighbour's who had some problem issues with their QSI windows). My main problem is the handle that cranks opens and closes the windows. I had to replace 3 of them already as the male hexagon end of the handle gets worn or even breaks. They must have used a poor quality, not tempered metal material. Today after driving all the way to the Nebo office I was told that a replacement part was no longer carried by QSI because they were not obliged to provide parts for window that were installed more than 5 years ago. This I found totally unacceptable, especially on a critical part, without which, you cannot operate the window. For this reason, their lack of customer consideration, I will not be using QSI in the future; luckily the last set of windows I just recently had installed was with another window supplier.

My opinion so far as dealt with sub contractors, I find QSI windows and doors made a very good impression and the lead hand took a look at job after it was finished and noticed a fracture and mentioned the installer will be by in a couple days to fix.

Seven years ago I had every window and door in my house replaced, for approximately 17k,with the diamond series I believe. I am a large man and powerlifter, and I struggle to open a couple of the windows, my wife cannot open them at all! We've had service calls for other issues(moulding pulling right off of the window)and brought up the stuck window problem. We were told to pull out the window, clean, and spray with Pam. That helped for about 1 day.
