Many issues. In my opinion. Poor attention to construction and initial property information. No accountability. Financially driven and less about customer satisfaction. Blaming “poor soil” as the issue. They had full control over excavation and installation. Now request more money before they return. Paid $86,000 to this point. Heart breaking experience. You decide for yourself.
