Highly recommend this business! They got my car right in and got the front end alignment done in great time. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and friendly. My car drives great now. Very happy with this place and would definitely return because we got 3 estimates and went with this business because they are so professional.

Giving the initial 4 stars just based on my conversation with Jason this afternoon. Very polite and answered all the questions i threw at them. Excited to hopefully get my Mk4 GTI rolling this summer!

They were able to get my car in sooner than expected. They always call to discuss options and check back to make sure the vehicle is running good based on repairs. Great guys and I’ve done business with them since it opened up some 40? years ago!

Second time using shop. They saved me thousands over dealership the first trip. Jason was awsome and Guy was the mechanic. Everyone I’ve encountered was nice and professional. Just brought home with new front, rear struts and turbo on BMW X3. So far so good. Would recommend to friends and family

This was my first time having North Brady Imports service my Mini Cooper. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. They discussed estimated costs before the service and my car was done in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I recommend NBI and plan to take my car there in the future.
