Biggest crooks in polk county they charged me $928.00 to haul a motorcycle 5 miles from the accident to there storage yard and the accident happened sat we picked the bike up mon and the bill was 928.00
They were not only rude but very disrespectful to my father !! And instead of rolling the bike up the flatbed they just wrapped a cable around it and dragged it up onto the truck .and yes the bike was rollable because we rolled onto our trailer when we picked it up

Great customer service! Car broke down and they were quick to get us towed. They gave us a ride back to the shop where they quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts right away. They prioritized us and our tough situation. They communicated well with us as they repaired our vehicle, and gave us options on how to move forward. Also the woman at the front desk made us feel welcome and was very friendly.
The staff overall was fantastic. We are very grateful for them and their help.

Steven was great to work with. He was able to unlock my vehicle quickly and continued to ask if we needed any additional assistance.

I want to thank Lakeside Towing. My family and I were passing through when my car broke down. They helped me find a local shop to have my car repaired. That even called ahead to the shop and let them know we were on our way. The tow truck driver Steven was gracious and kind. Recommend them for any towing service.
