After visiting several local storage facilities with poor or no customer service, including hidden fees like having to purchase insurance or paying for two months after supposedly getting the first month free: A.A. Aaron's was our last stop. The customer service rep ( Selina) was amazing. She was very friendly, courteous. professional and helpful. She was able to meet our needs immediately and provided a unit at a decent price. Thank you Selina and Happy New Year! Daniel
