0 (ZERO) stars for these crooks, I have paid $864.00 to open an account. I have customers that did not pay, that includes a judgement in the amount of $86.000.00 + interest which would be around $97,000.00, to make a very long story short... a while later they informed me that it is useless and that they went after the guy and had no chance of collecting the entire amount, after a back and forth for 2 weeks, I offered a settlement at $25,000.00 lump sum, in the end Dixon Commercial convinced me to accept $22,500.00, to which I finally said yes, thinking that $22,500.00 minus they advertised fee of 10% would come to approximately $20,000.00 in my pocket, better than nothothing but not even close to $97,000.00. At that point they have received my payment from the person that owed me, ... They kept my payment in their office for almost 2 and half months, from Dec 31 2021 till March 04 2022, 20 phone calls later and a lot of bullshit from every single one of their employees (lets not forget that these crooks are supposed to be looking for my best interests, because I already paid them to set up an account and become their client), telling me all kinds of stories they finally sent my cheque, and Surprise Surprise, I have received a cheque from Dixon Commercial in the amount of just over 12,000.00 (See Attached Pic), these crooks not only convinced me to accept a minimal amount as settlement, they also stole almost 50% of the recovered funds, that on top of basically selling me off as their customer
I would like to get in contact with any and all victims of these thieves please and file a Class Action Lawsuit against them.

We started using Dixon after having problems with some of our clients. They have recovered a significant amount that we were unable to collect ourselves

I retired about 2 years ago. I handed over all of my books to Dixon expecting never to hear from them again. I was contacted shortly after and was told that they recovered a bunch of money for me from my old clients. The thing that impressed me the most was that they were able to get any money out of anyone. Everyone knew I was retiring and closing down my business so I assumed they would think they don’t have to pay.

We signed up with Dixon to help us collect overdue invoices for my trucking company. They collected 2 of our very large outstanding invoices, and for that, we are very pleased. We will continue to work with them

Over the past three years I have been a member with the Dixon service. I am up to renew my contract with them so I reviewed how they have done for my business so far. To my amassment they have recovered ALL of my receivables. And it is important to note that a lot of the files I sent them for collection were old write offs that I had tried and tried to collect myself with no success. It may have taken Dixon a little while to collect and a few files they needed to move to what they call a third phase. But they collected it all.

The choice to use a collection agency to do your receivables can be a very difficult one. You have to find one you can trust and is still effective. My experience with collection agencies has been that if they are effective they are overpriced and charge every kind of fee imaginable. When I started using these guys I thought it would be the same, I am pleased to say I was wrong. Dixon Commercial has collected so much for so little in a short amount of time.

These guys have a program were they can search for people who have skipped out on their bills. AND IT IS FREE!

Eric called me to let me know I was way overdue on a dentist bill that I owed. I actually forgot all about it. So everything was my fault, but they were understanding, and we were able to work out a payment plan that satisfied my needs. Good experience

Could not get some of my customers to make good on their bills. Dixon Commercial worked on my accounts for about six weeks before I saw some progress. Most of the payments are now received and the rest are on their way. Very Pleased
