We needed more security and liked Protection Plus' profile. We wanted a high-security lock and they sold them. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, on time, and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs locks installed. They use the best technology; Medeco or Mul-t-lock. They also install a device that keeps the door from bursting open when kicked. Their video on youtube is very interesting.

Replied the first contact with in short time period. Gave options of new locks and prices. Open to just installing the new lock if i bought it somewhere else. Quick to schedule an appointment and showed up on time. Careful to keep area clean and floor covered. Installation was done quickly and the other locks were rekeyed as well. Able to pay with debit and service was done with a smile. John offered to return and replace lock after the door had been sanded and refinished. All the work was done very professionally. I was extremely happy. Lock works well and a warranty is awesome! Will call him or refer him with great confidence!

I have had my business security protected with Protection Plus for almost 2 years now. They gained my trust and continue to gain my trust so I can sleep peacefully at night without worrying if someone will break into my business store. I would like to share one of the recent instances which has made me recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a security protection. One day, there was a power surge in our store and the power was cut in the room where we had our protection Plus device connected. Within 5 mins of power cut, I received a call from protection plus customer service, saying that they lost connection with our store and if everything is ok at our end.
I highly recommend taking security protection with Protection Plus.

My first contact with the company was with Brian over the phone regarding the replacement of my locks due to stressful circumstances. Brian explained the costs that would be involved and arranged for the locksmith to come over. On the morning of the replacement, Brian called to say that Cory would be arriving and that he would have all of the equipment should rekeying not be possible in our situation. Corey, the Senior Locksmith was courteous, professional and had an incredible sense of humour. He explained things and cleaned up the wood shavings due to the lock replacement. I would highly recommend Protection Plus and the work of Cory Munroe!
