First Daniel Vitale starts slacking on cleaning the pool, I mentioned it to my uncle (my grandma has my uncle in charge of the financials for the pool, yard, etc.) and so he comes back and actually cleans the pool. Glaring into the home and mouthing bad words, definitely had an attitude problem.
I'm legally allowed to watch him do his job, my family hired him, I live here, and use the pool.

Today I was on the phone with my daughter, she was upset which had me already upset. This guy stares into my home and sees me inside my home while I'm on the phone with my daughter and then knocks on my door asking if I have a problem. I told him that I was on the phone with my daughter and then he persists asking if I have a problem with him asking me why I'm watching him. At this point I do have a problem with him and I get loud and he tells me that he's now recording me yelling at him saying that I have the right to watch what you do to the pool, we hired you.

This guy seems to have a lot of issues, when he's told he's not doing a good job, as I've read other reviews.

I no longer feel safe when he is here, but my uncle doesn't want to bother looking for someone new. I won't be using the pool anymore.
