Update: I am updating my review because the firm's response was not entirely truthful. I did not seek out this law firm. I used a third party service to find an attorney for my SSDI claim, and this firm expressed interest in my case and requested to speak with me, not the other way around.

Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time, and the person I spoke with was easily one of the rudest individuals I have encountered during this process.

I understand that not every case is one a firm wants to take, and that's perfectly fine. However, people seeking disability benefits are often dealing with serious health issues, financial struggles, and difficult circumstances. Compassion and basic respect should be a priority when working with vulnerable people.

You don't have to accept someone's case to treat them with dignity. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in this line of work.

Irene Ruzin and Francesca Ruzin, are very incompetent and unprofessional attorneys, so I recommend to take your business to another competent and knowledgeable and professional attorney, since your life may depend on positive out come of your case/claim.
At first they told me that I have a very strong case and it will only take 8-9 months to get my benefits, but after more than two years and right before the court hearing Irene informed me that since I had income for the past several years, I do not meet the SSA requirements, which she should have inquired about in the beginning or during the two years and not few days before the trial. Also Francesca refused to assist me to complete important and sensitive related forms, since she said that "They do not meet with clients ????" After all this time I never met Irene or Francesca in person or even via ZOOM, which is very unprofessional and not normal, since knowing your client in person is very important in representing their best interest for a case that will effect the client and their families for the rest of their lives. SIMPLY DO NOT HIRE OR COUNT ON THEM OR THEIR LAW FIRM.
