Why is it 830 and all registers are closed except self checkout. If you're gonna be open til 11 you should have a cashier available at all times.

Pets do not belong in a grocery store. It is not a service animal if it is in a cart on a bed or in stroller barking. Management does nothing about it. It is a place to buy your food, a human grocery store, not a pet store. Should I start bringing my cat 🐈? When I spoke to a manager the first time (this is now the second encounter within a month), the manager said "there is nothing i can do as the higher ups will be upset with me". How about the health department? There is a sign on the door that states service dogs only. Service dogs are trained to perform a service not be pushed around the FOOD STORE in carts and strollers.

We're from Queens. We went to PA to visit family & stopped in to see what GIANT was all about. We loved it! We shopped & even bought wine & flowers
for our family member.

I have been having issues with this location for my Giant Direct orders. Wait time is 20+ minutes for someone to bring my order to my vehicle. Even just calling inside to say I've arrived is a 10 minute going on. I've called corporate several times & have gotten apology coupons but it is becoming ridiculous. I switched locations where I pick up my order & I am much more satisfied! Do better Village West Giant!

Giant is an important part of my everyday routine. They never cease to amaze me with how clean this location is and how well stocked they generally area. That’s important because they’re open to midnight and there isn’t much open after 10 or so and Giant makes being a third shift worker or a person on a different shift than solely days have an option to get groceries and many other things that they carry. There are so many times I’m so busy that I myself don’t remember something until the last minute and I know I have Giant. They have good prices and reasonable sales. I’m a big fan of their deli meat. The Boars head is always fresh and they have it readily available. Produce is always pleasing and fresh. They have great deals on Entenmens. Donuts snack cakes etc we always need a dessert option😊 the door buster doesn’t fail to remind me😁 good store nice employees and great selection
