I am still in the process of building my official page. I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1974. I obtained my law degree (J.D.) in 1977 from the College of Law at Syracuse University in 1977. I also was awarded a masters degree in accounting at the same time. I opened a private practice in San Jose, California, in 1977. My practice consisted of primarily criminal defense cases and juvenile cases. My practice included trial work and work in the California Court of Appeals and California Supreme Court. I worked in San Jose for 15 years. Read more
