A friendly representative answered when I called, they were able to fit us in quickly based on our issue, arrived when they said they would, did a great job resolving our issue, and cleaned up when they were finished. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Mr. Rooter was great to work with. I had an issue in the sewer line for my rental property. The sewer would back up about once a month, and I knew I needed a permanent solution. Mike was knowledgeable and professional in explaining my options for sewer replacement. I double-checked with a couple other companies before proceeding and Mr. Rooter was the best price. The job went smooth, and I was able to avoid excavating the front porch. They even replaced the concrete in the basement when they were done. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for sewer replacement services.

Had a plumbing issue at one of my properties we manage and called the company. Within an hour, Luke came out diagnosed the issue and problem and fixed it. Excellent service , professionalism fair pricing. We definitely are gonna continue to use them for our properties in the Northwoods.

We needed our main stack/ toilet drain/ bathroom sink drain, amongst other piping replaced.

They were willing to work with me with regards to my work schedule, which was a godsend.

The guy who came over to evaluate the situation ( possibly the owner of the business? ) was very knowledgeable and walked my wife through everything that would be done.

The two guys that came to do the job, Justin and Luke did outstanding work.

We have a very old house. the pipes and the flooring were difficult to work with but they remained patient and professional.

This was a big job and I am more than happy with the result.

The work they did looks great and I will definitely go with this company again if i need plumbing done.
