I offer full antenatal education using KG Hypnobirthing which is supported and shared by many of the UK's midwives. You will learn about the physiology of your pregnant body and your baby and the care that you will be offered by your midwife or obstetrician during labour and birth. This enables you and your birth partner to understand your choices and make decisions that you can feel positive about. Helping you to feel calm and relaxed, removing your worries or anxieties are central to allowing your birthing body to work at its best. You will learn to release any tension, let go of fears, relax fully and practice this deep relaxation so that your muscles can work optimally during labour and birth.
