I called on the phone before coming and asked if they did my kids school and they told me yes and to come into a tour. Get there and then tell me they don't do that school. Then the one lady was there and got rude with me when I told her they said they did my kids school and she got rude when I said they shouldn't of told me they did my kids school and she said ITS NOT MY PROBLEM. Rude place.

Iām very disappointed with my experience at this daycare and would not recommend it. From the start, things felt disorganized and unprofessional. The front desk also seemed unkept, which contributed to the overall lack of structure and organization. The staff barely communicated, and there seemed to be a lack of consistency in how things were run. I was never given a tour of the kitchen, which raised additional concerns about transparency. Nonetheless I tried to stick it out for another day for my child because they did seem friendly. Howeverā¦.
The billing process was also unclear. Despite having full CCAP coverage and never having a copay at other facilities, I was charged multiple unexpected fees, including an āenrollment fee,ā ācopay,ā and āextra time fee.ā It felt like any cash they could collect was taken without proper explanation.
I also have serious concerns about safety procedures. My partner (my childās stepfather) was allowed to walk in and pick her up without any ID verification or proper check-in process. They had not seen him in over a week, and there was no attempt to confirm his identity. That alone is a major safety issue for any childcare setting.
Additionally, communication was poor. Brightwheel was not updated either day my child attended, which made it difficult to know what was going on during her time there. My daughter also mentioned that her teacher was mean, which is concerning since she rarely says things like that.
Overall, the environment did not feel safe, organized, or trustworthy. Because of these issues, I have decided to remove my child and find a different facility. I will also be taking the loss on the $100 I was charged, as I no longer feel comfortable continuing care there

My experience was okay the Teacher was very friendly the staff was friendly as well My child got hurt at the daycare center , it was reported to me over the phone I also had my contract terminated my child was unenrolled days after the State went to go investigate the case matter very unprofessional for the owner to do this to my child as much as safety should be enforced I was removed hours before I knew sheād terminate my contract I was asked to pick up my child due to excessive crying. Not a great way to remove an innocent child from her daycare ! Workers are very Kind just the lack of compassion for my child getting hurt from the Owners point of view! This was my childās first daycare so of course it takes time to get adjusted to a new environment Lack of professionalism to cancel my Contact I really liked all the staff , itās not my fault the Investigation is being handled as any child should be prevented not to get hurt ! Also the baby gate needs to be Removed & replaced for a NEW one ! Itās broken & any child can exit through! Safety is always #1 Iām happy to go find a new Daycare for my Innocent child Beware of the Owner she will close the doors on you if you speak up also, I will say that whoever bagged up my childās belongings, diapers, blanket and personal clothing was just thrown inside of a cheap plastic bag. I wasnāt even allowed to walk in the daycare to come collect our stuff it was so disrespectful to stand at the door, the manager, and not even let me come in to collect my childās belongings. We were treated like we were nothing take your belongings and take the letter. The owner doesnāt want to speak to you how disrespectful no one deserves to be treated in this type of manner the same way that I was welcome to walk in and do a tour. I was not even allowed to enter the premises be aware of this daycare facility. Itās not professional. The owner is unprofessional. The manager is unprofessional. They discriminate you instantly as soon as you report them this is not a positive way to carry someone that was paying you money to even bring their own child here. Hopefully they stop this nonsense before it gets into more people complaining
GOD BLESS YOU ALL

I would give this daycare zero stars if possible. My kids were enrolled less than two days. The staff seemed nice enough originally, which makes my experience that much more disappointing. When I picked up my two sons after work, both had marks on their bodies. The older one (in the 2 year room) had red marks all over his face/neck, and when asked where they were from, the teacher had no idea. When I got my 1 year old, he had been bitten hard enough by another child that his skin was broken. There had been no efforts to contact me, no incident report filed, nothing. They also had my younger son strapped into a bouncer and screaming. He was way too big to be placed in a bouncer. He's been walking and running for months so there was no need for him to be in one other than that the woman watching him was too lazy to chase after him.
I sent them back the second day against my better judgement. When I got to work, I told a coworker where they were and she told me she had previously worked there. She quit and withdrew her daughter because the woman in charge of the 1 year room was known among the staff to smack the babies in the back of the head if they were too loud or troublesome. I have no clue how true this is, however I decided to stop by the daycare around 11 to see what the kids were doing. The front door was locked and I called the daycare multiple times. It took almost 15 minutes to contact someone and be let in! The entire time I was waiting, I was knocking on the door as loudly as I could and calling. It was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly makes me wonder what was going on inside with my kids. I took them home and never took them back. Everything I wrote about happened in less than a day and a half of them attending.
