She stole $5000 in pay from me. She even went as far as to file bankruptcy (ck the internet) She WAS terminated by State Farm and I never got the $5000 I had worked for over several months & the Tx Workforce Commission backed me up. Never got a penny of the back pay she owed me.

HORRIBLE!!! Worked for her stole THOUSANDS of my salary! TWC confirmed my claim. She swore to the TWC she would pay me but went behind both our backs and filed bankruptcy! Never saw a penny of the thousands she owned me (she also left other of her staff without paying them what she owned them!!)

worked for her, NOT GOOD!! Stole 4 of my paychecks! Had to drag her though the TWC who found her guilty and she was ordered by the TWC TO PAY ME. She never did. She "LEFT" State Farm and according to several friends at the company State Farm decided to PART WAYS with her. TWC notified me when she & State Farm decided to 'part ways' 4 of her staff filed charges against her for stealing their paychecks!!! MAKING THE NUMBER OF THEFTS TO FIVE. She filed bankruptcy on 4/13/2017 & never paid ANY of her staff a penny that she had STOLEN from them. She & her husband (who worked with her in her State Farm office) then opened up some kind a Financial Service operation!!

I'm 75 now & I was one of the staff ripped off by Ruth Bookhammer. She never paid us & when she gave us a ck it was a NSF ( thank God my bank & hers was the same & they caught the problem before I had a bunch of NSF taller than myself. (I was a widow & need the $$ to live on!) She spit on the staff, never have us the months of pay we had worked for. She still owes me over $5000-$8000 in back pay & NSFs (for working for her from Nov to Feb). She hired a high class bankruptcy atty & the TX Workforce Commission ORDERED HER & her ATTY to pay the staff she still owed & stolen from & to pick up the NSFs. She Never did & this ruined the staffs credit. She never paid a (a 75 yr woman-widow) a penny that she worked for And that was stolen from her.
