I stayed home from work 2 days in a row to be home for a package that needed a signature. Now it’s scheduled late for a 2 hour chunk of time on a Saturday I can’t be home. I have to PAY them money after their late to change and I can’t even do that because their system won’t let me register. Total garbage company. I always personally use UPS when I have the choice.

Worst experience with fed ex today . Missing a flight and my package all because this driver ! So extremely upset and disappointed it's not even funny .

Simple instructions and they can't even fallow them .

Marilyn and Renan were wonderful. I was having issues and they both came together and fixed it. Very nice

The employee who helped me retrieve my package was very nice and apologetic for having to drive there. I was glad to have had such helpful and nice employees at the shipping center.
