I was first contacted by Charlie Braniff shortly before COVID began (2/27/20) after my previous advisor left the company. Charlie was easy-going and attentive (never pushy) focusing on continuing the previous momentum and wholistic approach that I appreciated with our previous advisor which I believe sets Ameriprise apart from other firms. Charlie was helpful in building our wholistic financial plan meeting/reviewing with us quarterly to insure we executed it well. The results were so good that I referred him to other family members including my daughter and son-in-law and my Uncle. Both of them have similar experiences - great service and great results! Although I should have provided this glowing review years ago - I realized after dropping off a rollover check today that Charlie couldn't do what he does alone - he has a team of superstars who are as great as he is! I'd like to also "thank" Natalie, Samantha and Megan who make sure it all comes together. Megan took 1/2 hour this afternoon to let me ask her questions and also listen to me talk about my relationship with her firm and my first month of retirement which I'm so grateful for.
